1. Introduction

Welcome to Fapstats. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "TOS") govern your use of the App, which is operated by Janik Rabenstein, an individual (hobby) developer based in Germany. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

The App is available worldwide and is designed to allow users to track their sexual activities and view related statistics.

2. Eligibility

To use Fapstats, you must be at least 13 years old (or 14 depending on your region’s laws). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under this age, you are not permitted to use the App.

3. Account Registration

You are required to create an account in order to use the App. You can register using your email and password, or via third-party services like Discord. The data collected during registration depends on the method you choose, but minimally includes an email and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purpose and Features

Fapstats allows users to track their sexual activities such as sex and masturbation for the purpose of generating statistics. Additionally, users can connect their accounts with their real-life partners via a Friend Code, enabling them to share activities with their partner without having to log them twice.

No public sharing of user-created content is allowed. Content, which is text-based only, is shared only with connected partners through the Friend Code feature. No images or media are currently supported.

5. User Conduct

While Fapstats is centered around sexual activity tracking, certain rules of conduct apply. Users are prohibited from spamming or engaging in hate speech. Given the nature of the App, "inappropriate content" refers to any abusive, harassing, or harmful text that violates another user’s rights. Content that includes any form of sexually abusive behavior or non-consensual interactions is strictly forbidden.

Violations of these rules can result in account suspension or termination.

6. User-Generated Content

Users can create and store their own content within the App. By creating content, you grant Fapstats permission to store this information securely. However, this content is only shared with your connected partner(s) via the Friend Code feature and is not publicly visible.

If any form of inappropriate, harmful, or abusive content is identified, Fapstats reserves the right to remove or delete the offending content without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fapstats name and logo are not currently trademarked or protected. However, all rights to the App, including its code and design, belong to Janik Rabenstein. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App’s design, code, or content without permission.

8. Liability and Warranties

Fapstats is provided "as is" and is still under active development. As such, the App may contain bugs or errors, and services may be temporarily unavailable.

Fapstats disclaims any liability for errors, inaccuracies, or disruptions, including but not limited to, data loss, incorrect statistics, server downtime, or app crashes. By using the App, you agree that Fapstats is not liable for any damage or loss that may result from such issues.

9. Changes to Terms

Fapstats reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If significant changes are made, Fapstats will notify users by email. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
